Uncle has moved to Holland and got himself a KLM account. We changed his NWA account address to match holland address to initiate point transfer.

In April 2006, NWA sends him a post card, asking him if he already has a KLM account, if not they will create a new one for him. He sends the post card back and tells them that he has an account and gives them the account number.

NWA states that they have done their part and transfered all of his miles to KLM on June 12, 2006.

Still KLM website shows nothing. KLM is telling that have received nothing!! NWA tells me that they have done their part, and go talk to KLM. KLM tells me go talk to NWA. $@#$@#

Any suggestions?
