I am thinking of flying to Europe in BC (U.S. turkey day fares) to qualify for FB PE so I can do minimal flying next year and still have E+ status through April 2009. However, my partner has some C$350 in NW credits/MCO to burn. So any opinions which one is better for R/Z fares (if NW matches the BF sale)?

I like the new WBC seats on NW but service and food can be disappointing, not to mention fewer miles for connecting through DTW. I was rather impressed with CO BF 2 years ago but heard it's slipped as far as food and wine go since.
