I don't think the flight attendants like to hawk credit cards over the PA or down the aisles and I... really... dislike it. It feels like I'm forced to listen to a commercial over and over. I already HAVE your darn credit card. I don't think we, a captive audience, should be forced to listen to these appeals. We can't get away. I have started telling the flight attendants, Look, I know you have to do this and I don't blame you, but these commercials are really irritating and I wish you would tell management they are irritating passengers. Most FAs agree. This is driving me nuts about USAir, so I'm sending a snail mail letter of complaint. You are invited to do the same.
