Wow. Who knew that, one day, we'd be reminiscing about the "good old days" of the US site. Yikes!
However, one of my favorite parts of the new site is ALWAYS being able to find a way to get to an error page! It's fun and I really appreciated spending 30 minutes tonight trying to 'chat online' with an agent, calling tech support, calling the CP desk, and getting referred back to tech support.
