I second the elaon experiance. They were very competative, responsive, and you could ask for your MP# to be added after the rates were quoted as long as it was before closing. I did a refi in CA and a new home purchase in MO. The only thing in MO was that Eloan had specific standards and things they wanted to be in the appraisal in a particular format and they did not have an appraiser who had worked with them before. My real estate agent reccomended someone and they agreed to provide the appraisal in the format eloan wanted it. Points poisted promptly both times.
