Which group are you and why (lower fares, package deals, no reservation fee, bonus miles, loyalty program, convenience/direct, selecting seats, promotions, etc)?

I'm in a marketing class and would appreciate your candidness.
I guess maybe I am more in 3) than I am 2) I do about 95% of my searches on united.com, maybe 5% at cheaptickets.com. I book all my flights at united.com. Only once did I book on cheaptickets, and that was after UA raised their rates, and I was able to get the old rates at cheaptickets.

I prefer to do buz direct with the airline, and earn as many miles as I can, plus the convenience of not having a 3rd party.
