The FD PE program brochure (which predates the lounge changes at Schiphol) says :
"With a KLM Business Class Lounge voucher, you can enjoy the luxurious surrounds of any of the KLM Business Class Lounges at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport".
KLM's website speaks of "KLM Crown Lounges", which are only found at Schiphol.
Based on the above, I'd assume the answer is no. But then again, with KLM you can never be quite sure!
