Yes, I think DL was being overly cautious initially with the 1x weekly LAX-GUA - even though UA already flies LAX-GUA with a 757, this is after all, a route that used to support a Pan Am A300 (about 250 seats) every night in the late '80s and early 90s.
Also, jst to recap, pretty amazing that by March 2007, when all of the announced new flights are in operation, DL will be flying to
35 airports/cities from LAX (up from the current
17):
