I've never had to ticket a reservation at BUR before. Does anyone know what kind of wait time to expect? When I called UA, they said that the best times to ticket future reservations are 2-4pm and 6-8pm. I wanted to try going before noon though...unless there's a good chance I'll end up standing there til 2pm
