My wife and I were there about 4 years ago. We stayed at the Four Seasons. When we asked where to eat, they suggested "The Fisherman". Don't remember the real name of the restaurant but it was fantastic. It was basically in an alley and they brought out a simi fixed menu. The only variable was the fish that you wanted - which they allowed you to select. The order of dishes also varied depending on what was coming out of the kitchen. If you asked for white wine, they bought you out a bottle of wine - no questions asked. A table behind us also ordered wine and they got a different white wine. I guess it all depended on what the had available.

Since it was a fish restaurant they had problems with cats in the alley. Their solution? Have the waiters carry squirt bottles to squirt on the cats to drive them away. The restaurant was very unique but one of the best memories we have on the trip.

The reason Four Seasons had named the restaurant "The Fisherman" was that the father did the fishing and the son ran the restaurant.

By the way, congratulations on your anniversary.
