Called the FD Helpdesk this morning and was given two options. 1. Issual of new tickets for a charge of USD75 or 2. Cancelation of return leg for a charge of 2500 miles and a resissual of tickets at 12500 miles plus taxes.
The lady at the helpdesk was unable to say whether I would get a refund on the taxes on the lost tickets.
Any suggestions folks?
