I echo BOAC's opinion. Train to Vic, tube to Pad, then HEX. It will be far quicker than the Piccadilly Line.

It's still public transport though. What you really need is a good car service with an E class as a minimum. It's a much nicer way and far less hassel. Just sit back and read the paper, sip a G&T while they take you straight there.
