This is a family/couples only facility so not every room type is going to be able to accommodate families. If it were me, I would call the Customer Contact Center and ask them to check on what was available using an SPG5S or SPG5SS award. For a small premium extra in Starpoints, you should be able to get exactly what you are looking for.
