When I last arrived in SIN coming from LHR without my baggage, I was given something like US$ 150 in cash by the AF handling agents, the AF AMEX card took care of the additional EUR 250 expenses.
When I last arrived in DUS via AMS, without my baggage, KL gave me a EUR 25 voucher for the purchase of another ticket.
Whenever I arrive back to my home airport without my baggage on any airline, I do not even get an amenity kit, which does not shock me, as I have all my clothing and other amenities available just a taxi or train ride away from the airport.
