When I question why, she said it takes time but she did it because "I made her"! She keeps saying, "why don't you just check in at the airport?". Ugh...if I wasn't drinking my coffee talking to her I just might lose it!

Guess I will see in 6-7 hours if it is "fixed"!
I'd call back NOW and check what she did to this thing. I don't know if that is international or domestic ticket, but in no way, shape or form should a PNR not connected to its E-Ticket take 6-7 hours to correct, especially when your flight is within 24 hours. Call again.
