They are not alone. Just check the folks working for the UN and its agencies. Next week the IMF will have its annual meeting in Singapore and the posh hotels will be crowded with employees and delegates alike. Same thing happening in and around Turtle Bay in NYC starting this week until the end of the month for the 61st general assembly of the UN.
