I think real names should be give regardless of "incidents". Several of the mods have my real name and a few know me in person. Providing real names cuts down on hit-and-run type trolls, and also gives confidence to the mods that those who may "appear" to be trolls aren't really trolls at all, but people who have a different view/slant on things. This is especially beneficial to those who aren't into all the Political Correctness that seems to abound here.
