I am a newie, please bear with me.

I am planing to travel from New Orleans to China soon, within few months, with a non-specified return date. The return date will be very time flexible within couple weeks though. I am confused between 3 options:

1. One way ticket
2. Open return ticket
3. Dated return ticket with option to change.
