Hey KVS and anybody else.....

Can anybody tell me the best way to actually book the fares I find on KVS Sabre Fares/Dotres? A program or website?

I've found some great fares and checked the availability but when I use an engine like expedia or webjet, the fares I get are nothing like those located in the KVS tool.

Anybody give me any insight?
