On my last trip to SF, I also used the BRG to get a free room at this hotel. It's a very simple, old motel. We stayed on the 1st floor, and access to the room was right from the parking lot (exterior hallway). Inside, the room had a basic fan, a small TV, two double beds, a rod to hang clothes on, and a small bathroom area.
Seemed more like a pay-by-the-hour type of a place, but for $0, it was a great value!
Just to clarify, I'm not complaining, I'm just trying to set expectations!
