The 3-class ones are used at least on the SIN-BKK-NRT/KIX runs and on the SIN-DXB-CAI/SVO/IST runs.

I'm quite sure 9V-SQ* are all 3-class regional (with earlier versions with older light-blue coloured seats and later versions with newer Ultimo "light") and 9V-SR* are all 2-class regional (with earlier versions with older light-blue coloured seats and newer versions with newer Ultimo "light").
