As you raised this question, I would like to post my opinion of moderation on this board (this is different from other boards!). IMO only topics that are very clearly not related to FD, KLM, Schiphol or travel on KL+partners should be moved. Otherwise I delete or close double posts, mostly on demand of the poster. The main target of a moderator of the KLM board IMO should be to guide members with questions (as far as I can) and to settle disputes if possible before they start to get ugly. Almost no need for this so far... And I hope we keep staying away from name calling and trouble making.

Disclaimer: Those policies could be different if applied to other boards and I will assist fellow moderators in their jobs in other boards even if they have a slightly differing idea of moderation.
