Maybe the language issue is compounded by my accent? :-)

Anyway, if I can choose I stay at The Renaissance, and I would say one in 10 drivers who rank there barely speak English. That's not a complaint - it's their country after all - but it makes it harder for me to ask "which way are you taking me?" if I think I might be being had.

Possibly back on topic though, I've never even asked there but do you know if my FD card could get me any upgrade at The Reniassance?
