I don't believe anyone has mentioned TED...

My understanding is that it usually isn't an issue as it flies leisure routes, however it is possible that one of the route you would take would be on an all Y/Y+ config.

Currently the only TED flights out of SFO are LAS, SJD, ONT, PHX, and PVR, however it is always possible they would expand.
