My question(s):

Is it allowed to buy skymiles at Ebay? Some sellers offer 5,000 up to 25,000 miles. Sometimes the "normal" way (e.g. transferring the miles from their account to my account - if I would buy them) or just so-called "codes" for miles.
Will I get any problems with that at Delta? E.g. I need 2,000 more miles for my 50,000 miles, IŽd buy them at Ebay, IŽll receive the code, type it in and the miles are on my account a few days later. Then IŽd like to get a reward ticket. Could it happen that the assistant at Delta will tell me, that these 2,000 miles are not real or anything like that?
