Thanks for that informative post ezmonee. One question regarding the quoted information though: Is this grouping specific to the US, or does it apply to other countries as well? When booking in the UK for instance the D car is below the E in the dropdown (Ford Focus 1.6 vs. Renault Laguna 1.9), and it costs more as well.
