In my experience the 5k cert is rarely mentioned on the PC website. There are often cards at check-in desks saying 'join Ambassador now and get 5k bonus points', though.

I have never known anyone post here that they did NOT get a 5k, in the same way that you almost never see a referred RA saying that they did not get a referral cert of their own.
