When I moved to Austria, I got no new card. I still have my German SEN-Visa Card and got it renewed. I got no Austrian M&M Card.

A friend was basic in Germany. Then he moved to Austria. A time later he qualified for FTL. He got an OS-Branded card.

So you wont get immideatly when you move.
You get a branded card when you qualify.
You keep your german card when you have the visa card.
