That I don't know about - but I know that most CC's issued by the previous Bank One (such as the UA Visa) were able to be re-applied for & the benefits (such as the bonus miles/points & the UG certs & free night certs, etc) were able to be gotten more than once. As for the 15 nights towards elite status - I'm not sure how the room night accounting works...
