Good question. I booked on AA.com next month for AA from JFK-CDG and then train, which shows as AA flights from CDG to Montellier. I cclawing for EXP at the moment so I definately want those if possible. Do i have to do anything special? Thanks.
I took the SNCF train from CDG last year and you had to exchange your "air" tickets for rail tickets at the CDG train station. IIRC this was not obvious... I just went and checked at the Info desk and found out I had to do it. Also, due to the rail segment all coupons including the AA flights had to be issued as paper tickets (a pain as I'm not used to having to remember them anymore).
