Standby and Ticket Receipt

Two questions:

KLM wants a receipt as well as boarding passes for missing mileage credit. What happens when you (voluntarily) change your flights so the receipt no longer matches the actual trip.

Example: ticketed on ATL-MKE-CLE-IAD with the MKE-CLE and CLE-IAD legs on CO.

Bought ticket through Expedia as a NW ticket. Changed it to ATL-MKE-MSP-IAD with all 4 segments now on NW.

The MKE-MSP and MSP-IAD have not posted. My recipt is actually from Expedia.

Does anyone know if an Expedia receipt is OK with KLM? It has the NW ticket number on it.

Does anyone know how to obtain a receipt from NW after the fact if I need one from them? Took the trip two weeks ago.
