ANA share holders will have certain amount of shareholder coupon each year,
2 coupon per 1000 share for first 5000 shares.
Shareholder coupon could be used for 50% discount of your normal fare, or you may trade your shareholder coupon. ANA's shareholder coupon usually traded about 10000Yen/coupon in Japan.

BTW, I think Visit Japan fare is the good fare.
