Do you think sewing seeds with loyal customers might help win business at a very needed time ?
I personally have just booked 6 customers from all over the UK to fly with KLM at a much higher price than the low cost airlines in order to try and repay some of the favours they did for me last year.
I dont mind paying a little bit more if it helps keep them become profitable again.
The thing that puts me off is the way they tend to forget their loyal customers and the recent changes on intra European do nothing to encourage me to use them
