I would argue that there would be no reason for the audience to assume that part of the movie about AA was fiction. Perhaps of even more interestingly are international airings. As I posted on the thread about the movie in general that is going on in Omni, there is some question about whether the BBC, which was going to air it, will do so. AA would seem to have a claim under British law if it does air there since AA does business in that country and could reasonably argue damage to that business. And the laws there are much more plaintiff friendly when it comes to libel.
