BA Executive Club and most other FFP's have a 8:1 conversion rate. SAS Eurobonus has 7:1.

If you log in to your account on RZGP, choose which FFP you want to convert to, you can click on the little "I" button next to the program (even if you don't have enough points). This will tell you what conversion rate your selected FFP will receive.
