I think it depends. If it is political satire for instance, no. On the other hand AA could argue that this isnt satire and it isnt political but rather commercial. Also, I think this does great material harm to AAs reputation as a quality, safety conscious business and the disclaimer does little to dispel that. Also, this isnt quite being sold as fiction nor is it fiction. Parts of it are definately true, like the attack itself.
