I spoke with "Sam Walton" the other night over at UAL. I thought the Wal-Mart founder was dead...little did I know he was working at a call center in India.
If they have an Indian accent and an American name, I usually make up an Indian name and play along. Suresh, Chandru, Nadeem, something like that. I get some weird reactions.
