I get my hair cut in India quite often -- probably the most frequent place outside the US. I pay no more than 40 cents (US) and the hair cut is as good as anything I get elsewhere.

I've gotten my hair cut in at least 20 or 30 countries. The only continents where I've not gotten my hair cut are Africa and Antartica.
