What RamAir said. Probably, they did release additional seats - which then in turn went to those passengers on the waitlist.
Or, it could have already gone to you if you are looking to travel on either 09/11 or 09/12 - they have released additional BusinessElite award seats on the ATL-DUS non-stop that are still available.
