I wondered how much AA is giving these days, haven't had an AA mech delay that was compensable for years. By way of comparison, recently had a mech delay on IB when flying J and IB provided USD 150 in meal vouchers (for one person). But that was for trans-Atlantic J. IB also provided a hotel voucher for the "concierge" level at the Marriott (quite a surprise).
