sounds like standard DL excuses

this airline has a horrible habit of delaying and cancelling flights, then making up reasons that try to absolve them of guilt (FAA and weather are favorite excuses). this is why I quit flying Delta altogether...had too many of these types of episodes leading up to my "last straw" moment
