Could a roommate and I share this card (ie both be authorized users) and both have lounge access--even while flying separately? Is this benefit solely limited to the primary card holder and his/her guests? We have different last names FWIW.
Second question: would spending for each card holder be broken out in the statement?
Thanks for the help!

The primary card holder will also get a separate Priority Pass card with their name on it. The Priority Pass card provides access to the lounges. Additional card holders do not get a Priority Pass card or lounge access (except as a guest of the primary card holder).
BTW...if you want this card, you should probably apply soon. There are rumors that it will be changed soon by Citibank. However, the nature of those changes is unknown. One rumor is that it is being upgraded to compete with the Centurion Card which would in theory mean higher fees, better benefits, etc. (This was passed along to me by a Chairman CSR. However, different Chairman CSRs have other stories.)
