My understanding is that the deal-killing flaw of the Nokia E61 is that Blackberry Connect receives push e-mail just like a regular BB, but opening messages in Blackberry Connect involves a bit of a lag for each message before it displays. While this might be tolerable to those who don't receive a high volume of e-mail or just want to read the latest message, for those who need to be able to flip through messages quickly or casually glance at their BB during a meeting without appearing to be fixated on the device, this could prove immensely frustrating.
See Mossberg's
review of the similar E62 for what I mean.
If it turns out this lag isn't really much of an issue, I may actually end up sucking it up and going GSM with a Nokia E61 or E62.
