It depends on your phone too. If you have a phone without 850 cingular is dead to you. I have a vodaphone card from the UK. Cingular is the roaming partner. I am in Texas in the Rio Grand Valley Cingular has only 850 here. So I can't use it here. My vote is t-mobile.
