I'm doing a MR tomorrow and got an error that I've never seen before with EasyCheck-in. I waited until 24hr before my return flight to check-in for the outbound and return.
EasyCheck-in on-line said that on-line check-in was available for my outbound and asked me if I want to check-in for the return once I'm done checking in for the outbound. I say yes. It checks me in, processes my upgrade and gives me my boarding pass.
Then I click on the link to process my return flight. Instead of processing my upgrade (that has already cleared) and checking me in, it gives me this error:
We are unable to locate an electronic ticket for this itinerary. Please return to your original place of purchase for assistance and return to united.com for check-in.
Should I be worried?
