I travel a lot, so I'd say that I get fewer haircuts in the US than I do abroad, usually by choice.

The cheapest was this year in Jakarta for 60 cents. I've had nice ones in EZE, Rio, SJO, BKK, DPS, PNH and a few others I'm sure I've forgotten.
