Long time lurker, first time poster so please bare with me. I tried to search for the answer but might have missed it...

Could a roommate and I share this card (ie both be authorized users) and both have lounge access--even while flying separately? Is this benefit solely limited to the primary card holder and his/her guests? We have different last names FWIW.

Second question: would spending for each card holder be broken out in the statement?
