Can anyone give me a brief rundown of the various reward fare codes? The reward calendar appears to be a total mess due to the new and thoroughly unimproved website. When I log in as a Plat, no Standard BF awards on IAH-LGW/AMS/CDG appear from now through the end of the year. When I'm not logged in, and search with no status, I actually see green and blue on the reward availability calendar. However, when I work through the process of making a dummy booking and get to the penultimate screen after I have selected both outbound and return flights, all sectors show as coach, even if I have selected a Sleazypass BF reward.

Some of the fare codes which pop up when I look for reward tix are E, EN, P & G. Anyone know if any of these are truly BF fare codes? I would have placed this in the website issues thread, but as the question is more along the lines of what the reward codes actually are (and to what class of service they apply), I thought I would let this post stand alone.

As an aside, though, the new website is absolutely dismal for booking reward flights. Thanks for making an already difficult process even moreso, CO.
