IIRC I read that they're requiring that the laptop go in checked luggage. If that ain't a recipe for disaster I don't know what is. What about those of us that don't
do checked luggage? Although with the liquid restriction, that's no longer true.
IMO it's just plain dumb.
Millions of notebooks out there are perfectly safe. Yet a few have failed and it's been sensationalized. I do think this makes more sense than the ban on liquids, however.

Dell isn't exactly obscure on the corporate front; I'm wondering how much business KE will lose due to this?
