Well, he is unfortunately at a meeting elsewhere and I have not yet had the pleasure to meet him, but these new developments are definitely good news.

IMHO, LHR is still no way near as convenient as Skyline (access to Hatton Cross, Bus Stop "right" outside, etc). Also, I'd want to see if LHR's attitude improves. Once the Club Lounge is open at LHR, I'll try it again.
